In order to connect Wired Connection with Browser-based Authentication(KITnet)<\/a>, you need to configure your browser to auto-detect the proxy server.<\/p>\n

Internet Explorer<\/h2>\n

  1. Click on the Tools icon, and “Internet Options”.<\/li>\n
  2. Select “Connections” and “LAN Settings”.<\/li>\n
  3. Select “Automatically detect settings”, and click OK.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Google Chrome<\/h2>\n

    1. Click on the icon Customize and control…in the top-right corner of Google Chrome.<\/li>\n
    2. Scroll the page down until you reach the Network paragraph.<\/li>\n
    3. Press the button: Change proxy settings.<\/li>\n
    4. Select Connections tab from the Internet Options window.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Mozilla Firefox<\/h2>\n

      1. Go to the Firefox menu, and click on Options.<\/li>\n
      2. Select Advanced, Network, and Settings.<\/li>\n
