[COMPLETED] [All campus] Any CIS services including Campus Network Connection (KITnet) Unavaliable Due to Maintenance planned during summer holidays – Revised Details

The scheduled summer maintenance has been completed.
No work will be carried out on the backup days (Saturday, August 16, and Sunday, August 17).

  • The maintenance scheduled for August 15 was completed at approximately 16:55.  Thank you for your cooperation.
  • The maintenance scheduled for August 14 was completed at approximately 18:25.  Thank you for your cooperation.
  • The maintenance scheduled for August 13 was completed at approximately 18:35.  Thank you for your cooperation.
  • The maintenance scheduled for August 12 was completed as planned.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Regarding the previously announced maintenance (July 30), we would like to provide the following updated information as of today.
* Update: Details about the service suspension on Friday, August 15 have been added.

The following systems will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance during the summer holidays.

  1. Tuesday, August 12, 12:00–13:00

  2. Wednesday, August 13 and Thursday, August 14, 9:00–17:00 (each day)
    All services listed on the following page (such as Moodle, Webex, Nextcloud, FileSender, Microsoft365, etc) *2

    11:00 – 15:00: Student Information Portal, Web Grade Browsing System, Users Portal, Portfolio, Asset Management System, Group Management System
  4. Saturday, August 16 and Sunday, August 17
    Reserved for contingency (in case of schedule delays)
