Mailing List

Mailinglist service is provided by DEEPMail, a mass e-mail system CIS operates. The name of Mailing List is

MLname@ml.kit.ac.jp

The length limit of MLname is 8 characters. Available Characters are

  • Uppercase and lowercase English letters (a-z, A-Z)
  • Numbers 0 to 9 (But impossible for the first letter)
  • – (hyphen)※Space is NOT allowed

  • How to apply

    Only Full-time faculty/staff members are permmited to apply. Fill out and hand in the application form for Mailing List.

  • How to manage

    1. Access the URL below.
    2. After filling in your username and password, login.
    3. Click “List Control” on the left menu.
    4. After “List Control” page is displayed, you can add users by clicking the button “Add Users”. For detailed information, refer to the link “MAIL HELP” on the left menu.

  • How to access archived E-mails in your Mailing List

    1. If you choose “Save” on “Archiving of mails”, the postings to the mailing list are archived.
    2. Access the URL below.
    3. After clicking ML Name, you can read archived E-mails.
