[Fixed] Temporary Suspension of VPN Services

We have confirmed that the issue has been fixed at 18:30pm,Feb 21. We appreciate your cooperation and patience.

We regret to inform you that due to the identification of a critical vulnerability in both our Browser VPN (FortiGate) and Client VPN (FortiGate) services, we are compelled to temporarily suspend these services until appropriate countermeasures are deployed.

The suspension period is effective from today, Friday, February 9, 2024. We are diligently working to resolve the issue and aim to resume services promptly.

During this period, we recommend utilizing alternative VPN connections such as Browser VPN (Cisco ASAv) or Client VPN (Cisco ASAv). We assure you that these alternatives maintain the security and reliability standards you expect from our services.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
